We received monitors, docking stations and devices for the bank and logged each one by serial number. For every request from the IT team, we prepare the batch and hand it over with a delivery note and a serial list, so the bank knows where every device is.
We set up a separate, air-conditioned zone for an IT distributor, under CCTV, with restricted and logged access. Their stock is kept apart from everything else and available whenever they need it.
They store by the pallet and withdraw by the carton or unit as their customers order. We pick and pack each order, update their balance, and send regular inventory reports.
You get an inventory report daily, weekly or monthly, and a signed note with every delivery. These two samples use test data.
