When we start, we agree with you on the easiest way for your store to send us orders.
Can you pack orders in boxes with my logo?
Yes, if you wish: boxes with your store logo, and we can add a card or gift inside the order.
What happens to returns?
We receive and inspect each return and put it back into stock. It shows in your inventory reports, with damage reports if any.
My stock is seasonal. Do I pay for fixed space?
Not necessarily. On a monthly contract you can change your space every month as you need.
Do you deliver to every city in Saudi Arabia?
Yes, we deliver your store orders to customers in any city in the Kingdom.
Can I visit the warehouse before signing?
Yes. Use the "Book a warehouse visit" button at the top of the page, choose a date and time that suit you, and we will contact you to confirm.
