Frequently asked questions
Which goods do you accept?
General dry goods, such as packaging materials, devices and electronics, office supplies, gifts and promotional items, and project materials. We do not accept hazardous or flammable goods, goods that need refrigeration, or food products.
Can I withdraw only part of my goods?
Yes. Withdraw a full pallet, part of one, a carton or a single unit, and we update your balance on every movement.
When do I send a withdrawal request?
24 hours before pickup, using the Withdrawal Request form on the home page. We review and confirm it with you before preparing the goods.
Monthly or annual contract?
A monthly contract suits seasonal or changing stock, and you can change your space every month. An annual contract suits steady stock and guarantees your space.
Can I visit the warehouse before signing?
Yes. Use the "Book a warehouse visit" button at the top of the page, choose a date and time that suit you, and we will contact you to confirm.
How is pricing calculated?
By the number of pallets or the space, the storage period, and the services you need such as unloading, wrapping and withdrawals. You receive an itemized quote before you start.
