Frequently asked questions
Do you register every device by serial number?
Yes. Every device is registered by serial number, gets a barcode label and a set location in the warehouse, and appears in inventory reports and delivery notes.
Can you prepare devices per employee or branch?
Yes. We sort and group devices according to the list you send for each branch or employee, then pack and deliver them with a delivery note.
What happens to old or replaced devices?
We collect replaced devices, then redeploy them, or arrange certified data wiping and drive destruction through a specialized certified partner, with a destruction certificate.
Do you serve organizations outside Jeddah?
Yes. Our main warehouse is in Jeddah, we deliver to your branches across the Kingdom, and we offer storage in other cities through partner warehouses.
How is pricing calculated?
By space or number of pallets, plus the services you choose such as registration, kitting and delivery. You receive an itemized quote before you start.
Can I visit the warehouse before signing?
Yes. Use the "Book a warehouse visit" button at the top of the page, choose a date and time that suit you, and we will contact you to confirm.
